Program Description:
Prevention and education activities are conducted through 6 community based organizations in addition to Sacramento County HIV/Communicable Disease Prevention staff. The target populations include men who have sex with men, substance users, high-risk women of child bearing age, pregnant women, high risk youth, communities of color, faith communities and HIV positive people.

    "Provides HIV outreach, testing and counseling services to gay/bisexual men, gay/bisexual youth, high-risk women of color, and homeless/marginally housed individuals."
    *Provider of Services to persons with HIV and AIDS within the Sacramento community. M - F 9 - 5p.m., Sat. 12 - 3p.m. Includes a volunteer "Driving or Rides" program to assist you in reaching your Doctor, Case Manager and to other places that you may need to go. "Food Delivery", "Household Help", "Outreach", and the "SNAP" program that "recruits breast cancer survivors to become Navigator/Advocates for women recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer."
